Aviation devotees will have the perfect vantage point to observe planes landing and departing from one of the world's most difficult airport runways. Having breakfast while watching penguins does happen. :) We've also been able to see the Aurora Australis from the deck recently.

You will be living with the landlord. The place has three room, the landlord's room, this room, and there might be potential guests in the third room, too.
