Hello,
I am looking for a flatmate, preferably female, to share my spacious 102 m2 apartment.

The apartment has a large balcony with a grill, which we can both enjoy, as well as a big living room and a wonderful view over the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, which we would share. The room is furnished, but if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own bed and personal furniture.

A small but important note: I have a cat, so we would be sharing the apartment with her as well.

The apartment is located in Simmering, only about 7 minutes on foot from Simmering U-Bahn station, so it is well connected to public transport.

Rent: €700 per month
