The fully furnished flat is located in the 16th district of the city Vienna. Directly nearby the 7th and 8th districts, this area is a very famous and hip location for young people with countless bars, restaurants and shops. You are only 5 min walk away from underground stations like Schweglerstrasse. With that connection you can be everywhere in Vienna very fast. Also the city centre „Stephansplatz“ with its famous cathedral “Stephansdom” or the University of Vienna is reachable by only ca. 20 minutes by subway/tram!

The flat is equipped with everything you need. A fridge, a washing maschine, a dish washer, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, an iron, etc. There will be everything you need and even more.
