The room is part of an 70m2 big apartment. The apartment is newly furnished and offers a 25m2 living room with a sofa, kitchen table and 4 chairs, 2 sleeping rooms with 2 beds and a cupboard, a bathroom with shower and toilett and a fully equipped kitchen (freezer, fridge, oven, dishwasher). The house is very friendly with a lot of students living there. We also provide a washing kitchen and a fitness room. The house is located in the 15th district, a very young multicultural place to be. The underground line U3 is very close and allows you to reach the city center in 15minutes. Very close to the house there is the university of sports and a nice garden. Schloss Schönbrunn is also in walking distance. The bus line 10A needs 5 minutes to get you there.
