The house is very friendly with a lot of students living there.
We also provide a washing kitchen and a fitnessroom.
The house is located in the 15th district, a very young multicultural place to be. The underground line U3 is very close and allows you to reach the city center in 15minutes. Very close to the house there is the university of sports and a nice garden.
Schloss Schönbrunn is also in walking distance. The bus line 10A needs 5 minutes to get you there.
