The apartment:
The bright, furnished 1 bedroom (=1 bedroom and 1 living room) flat with fully fitted kitchen is centrally located in Wiesbaden-Schierstein. You will live in a 6-unit building, which is centrally -yet quietly- located in a side street. The Schierstein town hall is right across and you are within walking distance of the old town centre, the bus stop, the Schierstein train station and the beautiful marina which provides ample opportunities to relax and enjoy your favorite sports.
The apartment is efficiently layed out:
You have a separate bedroom and living room that is flooded with sunlight. The latter gives you a spacious view of the inner courtyard and the rooftops of Schierstein.
The fitted kitchen - equipped with all the important electrical appliances and with access to your own balcony - rounds off the flat.
You also have access to a covered bikeport in the courtyard. The courtyard is a lush green – particularly in spring and summer times – and offers the opportunity to mingle and socialise with your fellow tenants.
You can move in as of February, 1st.

Rent and ancillaries:
Heating and hot water are provided by a self-contained gas heating system within the apartment.
The all-inclusive rent includes the following items:

-Gas consumption for heating and hot water (within the usual consumption range)
-Electricity (within the usual consumption range) and
-Internet connection (100 Mbit)
You only have to register and pay the German broadcasting licence fee (GEZ) yourself (around 19 EUR/month).

The flat has two special features:
- The shower is located in the kitchen (behind a partition wall and curtain - so-called Frankfurt-style bath)
- The tenants are responsible to clean the stairwell themselves – this is organized in turns
