Brand New & Modern 1 Bedroom apartment located in a serviced residency. You will be the 1st tenant of this property.
✔ The apartment is made up of a bright living room with large windows. The living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a large open plan dining area and a kitchen.
✔ The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 6 guests.

Towels:
● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
● For stays longer than 7 days:
The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.
Cleaning Request:
● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:
● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET
