The apartment is located directly at the university. A bus stop is 100 meters away. The well-known student district on Pontstraße, the Pontviertel, is only 300 meters away. Public transport is as easily accessible as the cafeteria.
Renovation in Spring 2024! It features a box spring bed and is fully furnished. Bed linen, pillowcases, and spares are also provided.
The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron with ironing board, a TV with presets for YouTube, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, dishes, pots, and internet access. You only need to bring your personal items. Utilities (water, heating, electricity, internet) for normal consumption for one person are included in the price.
The images are example images. The apartment is currently being renovated and will be fully furnished. Therefore, there may be differences from the pictures. However, the apartment will be comparable, and everything will be brand new. The furnishings will be identical.
