Apartment in excellent condition, clean and tidy, with two high-speed WiFi connections.
Equipped kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms in perfect condition.
Peaceful coexistence with respectful roommates.
📜 Rental Conditions:
Monthly rent: + shared utilities (€15–€50 depending on consumption).
Deposit: one month’s rent.
