This room is inside a flat with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a large and bright living room, with a dining area, sofas and a television, and large windows with views of the street and the sports complex opposite. The other bathroom in the flat is also complete. This flat has central heating and parquet flooring, so you will always have an excellent temperature at home.
The rental price includes Internet and cleaning service twice a month.
In the kitchen you will find numerous cupboards, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, a ceramic hob and an extractor fan. There is also a set of pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is also a municipal swimming pool in front of the flat, basketball and indoor football courts, and a municipal library.
Regarding transport, don't worry about anything, this area is very well connected. The nearest metro stations are: Pirámides (Line 5), which is also a Cercanías station (C1, C7 and C10); the Acacias Metro station (Line 5) is also nearby. As for buses, you have the following lines: 256, 62, 18 and H.
