• If you’re not a student: employment contract, payslips, and social security contribution record required.
• Registration (empadronamiento) not allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited (indoors and on the terrace)
• No minors or pets allowed.
• Weekly cleaning of common areas included.
• Very quiet community with rules focused on order, cleanliness, and mutual respect.
