I am the landlady offering my spacious, fully furnished apartment of over 80 square meters. The flat features two bedrooms that open onto a large, private balcony. Because sun pours in from both sides of the apartment throughout the day, the space is incredibly bright and welcoming. It comes fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, desk, dinner table, chairs, wardrobe, and all essential kitchen utensils.
WHERE
Located on the Admiraal De Ruijterweg, the flat is perfectly positioned. It is right next to a major shopping street, with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. For green space, the beautiful Erasmus Park is only a 3-minute walk. Transit is seamless, with a tram stop right in front of the door and Amsterdam Central Station only a 10-minute bike ride away.
SPECIAL RATE
The standard rent for this premium apartment is 2595 EUR per month, excluding utilities. However, during this period, the building will undergo reconstruction for approximately 6 months.
To compensate for any inconvenience, I am offering a 20 percent discount for half of the 1 year contract, bringing the rent down during this period to 2076 EUR per month.
WHO
This flat is strictly suitable for working professionals. It is available for a single person or a couple forming one household. For a single person, I will consider a further discount. One bedroom can be used as office. Smoking and pets are prohibited.

Full rent for 6 months: 2595 EUR per month (excluding utilities)
Special rate for 6 months: 2076 EUR per month (excluding utilities)
Energy bills: Advanced payment 130 EUR per month
Internet: Approximately 50 EUR per month
Water: Approximately 25 EUR per month
Water tax: 186 EUR per year
Water Treatment Charge: 278 EUR per year for a couple, 92 EUR per year for a single.
Waste tax: 469 EUR per year for a couple, 352 EUR per year for a single
WHEN
Available from August 1, 2026 for one year, with the possibility of extending.
