75m2 Spacious, light, detached fully furnished and stocked villa located on the popular ‘Steigereiland-Zuid’, with 2bedrooms with two double beds , 2 bathrooms. 15 minute bike ride to the centre of Amsterdam. Good for family of four, two couples, or two single individuals. Only two people may register or one family. .

– stop for tram 26 located 300m from the house (15 minute ride to the Amsterdam Centraal)

– A10 ring road nearby, access ramp S114 (a 2 minute drive)

– children can enjoy playing in the quiet street in front of the house

– the house is situated on one of several islands where there are many options for aquatics: sailing, canoeing, supping, windsurfing, kite surfing, beaches

– Diemerpark is close by for jogging, walking, cycling, football and hockey clubs.

– there is an abundance of activities for children. If a sport/activity exists there is a good chance you can find an option for it on IJburg. There are so many children here.

– option to swim in open water during the summer next to Restaurant Vrijburcht (200m, relax with a drink in the sunshine whilst the kids enjoy themselves swimming)

– a choice of beaches: Blijburg or the small beach in Diemerpark.

– shops within 200m: bike shop, flower shop, grocer’s, dentists, and doctors’ surgery

– nearest supermarket is a 5 minute bike ride (Vomar, AH, post office, bookstore, Hema, Action, and numerous restaurants).
