Balcony: Great to have your own place to sit outside. You should of course not be afraid of heights, but what a beautiful view you have here. The seasons pass you by. In clear weather you can see endlessly far away. Sometimes you sit here with your head in the clouds, but more often it is just enjoyment.
Neighborhood: De Loenermark is centrally located in Amsterdam-Noord where the stop of the Noord-Zuidlijn next to it is located in the the street. With the same ease you can walk to the lively shopping center Boven 't IJ and the buses. By bike you are at the ferry in a few minutes and by car you can easily travel to the center or to the roads (A10, A9, A5, A2 etc).
