私人房间 在 Bilderdijkstraat, Amsterdam

I'm renting out the sunny spare room in my apartment with its own private balcony. The total private space is compact (~7 m²) but well laid out with a single bed, desk, wardrobe/storage, and direct access to the balcony. Furniture in the room is brand new. You'll share the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and WC with me. The place is on a corner with lots of natural light, original stained-glass windows and wooden floors; a washer/dryer and dishwasher are included. The total apartment is 56 m².The location is excellent: about a 2 minute walk from Bilderdijkstraat and Kinkerstraat tram stops and 5 minutes from Overtoom. UvA Roeterseiland is around 15–20 minutes by bike. I'm looking for a person who enjoys an independent, relaxed household. Longer may be possible if it's a good fit.
