A totally renovated, spacious, sunny and peaceful 75 sq. m. apartment in the center of Athens (placed in the famous neighbourhood of Kipseli, a well-known area for its life style with theatres, bistros, bars, restaurants and live scenes, its artists, musicians, actors, students) in close proximity to most Universities - an 8 min walk in slow tempo to the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), 12 min to Victoria metro station - and the city center. If you choose the public transport - right next to your door half minute walk to the bus and trolleybus stop. Entertainment: 30 sec walk to the famous st. George Square and 5 min to the Fokionos Negri pedestrian area. Both are full of coffeeshops, bars, live stages, souvlaki and restaurants.
