The room is part of a large shared 4-room apartment situated on the 2nd floor and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere. With a modern and well-kept decoration, you will feel comfortable from the very first moment. The room has all the amenities you need to rest and study, including a comfy bed, a spacious desk, and a space to store your belongings.

This shared apartment combines modernity and comfort, providing a delightful living experience. Add to your experience by enjoying meals together with your housemates. 🌲 About the neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Ano Patisia, 200 m from the metro station. The main streets of Patisia are Patision Av. and Acharnon Av. Patision Street (Greek: Οδός Πατησίων) is one of the major streets in central Athens. 28 Oktobriou Street, or Patission as most people call it (a long street that leads from the center to the northern district of Ano Patissia. This street is full of buses and trolleys that take you to many parts of the city connect and is literally 10 seconds away from Victoria Square, as well as Omonoia Square itself (which is just a 7 minute walk away).

📜 House rules:
As the description shows, this is a shared apartment. Each guest must respect the other guests, including leaving the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom clean for the next guest.
