The comfortable four-room apartment with terrace is located in the heart of Athens, on the 7th floor of a corner building. It is just one minute to the Polytechnic (National Technical University of Athens), five minutes walk to the National Archeological Museum, eleven minutes walk (800 m) from the Athens University (Law School) and thirteen minutes walk (1000 m) to the Athens University of Economics and Business. It is also situated seven minutes from Omonia Metro station and just two minutes from the nearest bus station.
There is also a modern bathroom with shower cabin, hot water, towels, hair dryer and small lockers as well as a separate second WC room.

More distances for a walk include: 350 m to Exarchia square where students gather, 800 m to the National Library,1.5 km to the flea market at Monastiraki and the ancient Plaka, 1,9 km to the National Garden of Athens, 2,4 km to the National Gallery, 2,4 km to Acropolis Museum
