Hi there I am an empty nester whose children have left home. I have downsized to a small 3 bedroom home which I have recently renovated. The room is a double bedroom with plenty of storage. It is quiet and peaceful and there is a sheltered deck area. It is close to transport and Sturges Road train station which is under an hour to the city. We are close to all amenities, shops, buses, walking tracks etc and half hour drive to west coast beaches I work in a flexible job so can help with transport and be on hand to help out with anything needed. I love the outdoors and am very social.
