The apartment is located on a parallel street to the central traffic hub "Königsplatz" in Augsburg (city center district) in a very quiet area.
It is a 2-room apartment consisting of: hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Fully furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, dishes, coffee machine, kettle, shower, hairdryer, bed linens, and towels, it is ready for immediate occupancy. The heating is provided by an apartment-owned gas boiler.
On foot, you are:
1 minute from the Königsplatz tram station
6 minutes from the main train station
9 minutes from the Rathausplatz (realistic times from Google Maps).
From the elevator, you will need to walk up half a floor of stairs to reach the front door, so the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Note: Only residents with a parking permit are allowed to park in the adjacent street, which can be requested from the city of Augsburg with your vehicle's registration number.
For check-in and check-out, you have complete flexibility in timing through a "key safe" near the entrance. You will receive detailed information about the location and how to open the key safe using a code.
