The apartment is located in the Hochfeld district on streetcar line 3 halfway between the university and the city center. The Königsplatz can be reached in 7 minutes, the university in 3 minutes and the university very well. There are bakers, supermarkets, kindergartens and doctors in the surrounding area. In the further surroundings are in eastern direction the district sports facility south and behind it the Siebentisch forest. To the west, the Wittelsbacherpark is easily accessible. The Botanical Garden as well as the zoo are only 6 minutes away by car.
