These fully furnished rooms are ideally located just a short bike ride from the University of Aveiro and offer a quiet, comfortable environment to focus and relax. All the essentials are ready for you — just bring your suitcase. Each room comes equipped with its own heater, ensuring comfort throughout the colder months.
Water and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, so you can stay connected and stress-free. Electricity is paid separately, with individual meters in each room and a fair split of shared-space usage among tenants.
Need bedding and towels? We've got you covered. For a one-time fee of €55 paid on arrival, you'll receive a complete bedding and towel set: a duvet, pillow, two full sets of bed linen (bottom sheet, pillowcase, and duvet cover), bath mat, two hand towels, and two bath towels. Everything should simply be returned at the end of your stay.
