This charming and renovated 65m2 apartment features 3 bedrooms: one double room with a double bed, one single room with a double bed, and a third room with a single bed.
The apartment includes 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a vitroceramic stove and oven, and a living room with a sofa bed. It is fully air-conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is a laundry room for your convenience.
The apartment is located on the main floor of a building without an elevator, making it easily accessible.
Situated in a quiet and central street, it is just a few minutes from Poble Sec Metro Station, allowing easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. Poble Sec is famous for its vibrant nightlife, bars, restaurants, and cultural institutions. Despite being close to the city center, it retains its traditional and authentic atmosphere. With excellent transport connections, including metro and buses, and located at the foot of Montjuïc Mountain, this area offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It is home to beautiful parks, medieval castles, and many other recreational activities.

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.

We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.
This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.
You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.
