This bright 79m2 apartment is located steps away from the beautiful and mythical Hospital Sant Pau in Barcelona. It has been recently refurbished and is completely ready to offer you the best stay.
The day area consists of a bright living room, decorated in neutral tones where the green highlights that brings an elegant and modern atmosphere at the same time. This space has access to the first terrace, where you can go out to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon.
The kitchen is semi-integrated to the space. It also has access to the terrace and has been equipped with all the necessary appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. It also has a washer/dryer.
The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms have access to a different terrace, being the second one more intimate, perfect to disconnect from the day. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
The apartment is located in a central area par excellence. In Industria street just steps from the beautiful and mythical Hospital Sant Pau in Barcelona and a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia. Nearby you will find all kinds of stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.
A few steps from the metro station “Sant Pau| Dos de Maig” (L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
