The apartment is low, there are no stairs to enter, access is very comfortable.

The apartment is very well equipped, has very spacious and open spaces. The air conditioning cools the entire apartment in summer and heats the room in winter.
It has a double room with two single beds, large wardrobes, a desk and a TV to relax after visiting the city, working or studying.
The spacious living-dining room has comfortable sofas and armchairs, a large 65-inch TV to watch the best movies and enjoy fantastic evenings. The dining area equipped with a beautiful round table and comfortable green and yellow chairs to match the entire room.
The kitchen area is located on the other side of the room, fully equipped (it has all the appliances to make the stay as comfortable as possible), modern and bright, it also has a bar with stools for breakfast.
The bathroom is large, equipped and has a large shower and plenty of storage space.
In addition, the apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and space to iron and take care of clothes.
The entire apartment is decorated with many plants, it is designed to make our guests' stays as pleasant as possible and to make their stays as perfect as possible.
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.
TERMS:
- You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills.
- The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
-The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
- Internet is included in the rental price

- At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged.
- If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit
