1-bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta.
It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.
There is no private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 150 metres from the apartment.
- Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Security deposit: 1 month

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 180 euros.
- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance of the check-in date
- Agency fees:
1-2 months: 600€ + VAT.
3-5 months: 800€ + VAT.
6-9 months: 1000€ + VAT.
10-11 months: 1200€ + VAT.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except public holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), you can collect the keys at 228 Aribau Street.
For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price
