Security Deposit:
-Rentals from 1 to 5 months: 1.5 months’ rent
-Rentals from 6 to 11 months: 2 months’ rent
After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
