Altitude 100, located Avenue Telemaque 52 1090 Forest, is a house of 21 rooms. Some have a private bathroom and toilet and some share it. The common area include a kitchen (in which each tenant has a private cabinet with fridge) a tv room, a dining room, a playroom, a courtyard with barbecue and a bike garage.
🏠Room 17 in Altitude 100 house is on second fourth floor street side.
It is approximately 13sqm.
The bathroom and the toilet are shared with the room next door.
The room is equipped with a single bed, bedside table, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe.
All rooms are equipped with black-out curtains.
ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided.
⚠️ Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :

Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are bimonthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed.
