It has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, desk, lamp and study chair, mirror, smart TV, shelves with decorative design elements, and beautiful plants that make the place more welcoming. It has a breakfast area equipped with the necessary appliances and a relaxation armchair with a reading lamp. The stay has everything you need to be happy in a comfortable environment with all kinds of details. It is 15m2 in size.
The stay includes bedding: fitted sheet, pillows with their respective pillowcases, duvet filling, and blanket.
Also included are cleaning of common areas every other week, technical maintenance service, high-speed internet, and all utilities up to the amount indicated in the contract.
