- District : San Marti (El Camp de l'Arpa).
- Closest Metro : Camp de l'Arpa (L5), Navas, La Sagrera (L1,L5,L9 - Nord,L10 - Nord)
- Closest FGC station (regional train): La Sagrera - Meridina (R3,R4), El Clot (R1,R2,R2 - Nord)
HOUSE RULES: Guests : Exceptionally - Previous authorization from the Landlord is required according to Guest policies including charge 10€ per night.(Je parle aussi Français si tu le souhaites! Hablo español también si prefieres!). Tenant´s age allowed are from 18 to 35 years old. Check-in times begin at 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday. After 7pm, €35 will be charged. If Check-in is made on weekends and holidays, a fee of €35 will be charged.
