Gracia 3 apartment is of 180m2 and is at an unbeatable location. It is placed in the fourth floor of a building with a porter and an elevator. It has 7 rooms, four big and exterior rooms, two standard rooms and one room with a private bathroom. There are many windows in the apartment providing lots of natural light. It has three bathrooms, all with a shower, but one of them is inside a room. Two bathrooms will be shared by 6 tenants and the third bathroom will be only for one tenant.
Common areas include a lounge with a sofa and a dining/working area. There are three bathrooms, two with a shower, sink and toilet and one with a bath, sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you might need to cook your meals during your stay. Cleaning service for all common areas is once a week. Free wireless internet connection is available.
LOCATION:
Gràcia neighborhood is known as the bohemian district with many leisure activities to do. It is the favorite location for students and young people. Gràcia nonetheless has more a local than a cosmopolitan feel to it, with many people on the public squares sitting and chatting and living a part of their life publicly and in a community.
The apartment is very well connected with the public transport network. Close to the apartment, there are three different metro lines, many bus lines and Plaza Catalunya FGC. The IED university is at walking distance and UB and Pompeu Fabra universities are 10 minutes with public transportation away. Many groceries stores and supermarkets are nearby.
