The apartment is very well connected with public transport is 3 min from the subway and train. The neighborhood is very complete and very well located, it is close to everything: metro (L1, L5), trains and buses, variety of supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, shopping center and much more. The room is large, has good lighting, heating, parquet floor, there is a large area for washing and hanging clothes. Bills not included, around 50 euros depending on the month and time of the year.

La habitación es grande, tiene buena iluminación, calefacción, suelo de parqué, hay una área amplia para lavar y colgar las ropas. Servicios públicos no incluidos, alrededor de 50 euros dependiendo del mes y la época del año.
