- 3-5 minute walk from the best bars in L'Example such as Summum, Espit Chupitos, Taberna Espit, Mikkeller and other bars in Aribau and Enric Granados
- 3-5 minute walk from the best places to eat like Yakumanka or Goiko Burger (All types of food: Mexican, Italian, Peruvian, English, American, Venezuelan, Colombian, etc. )
- 2 minute walk from all supermarkets: Mercadona, Suma, Consum, Condis, Jespac, among others. Bonpreu 5 minutes
