Hi everyone,
The flat is in the area San Martí/Poble Nou near Metro L1 Marina and only a 20 Minute walk down to the beach Icaria, 10-minute walk to Pompeu University and just three stops by metro from Plaza Catalunya. I am renting for days/weeks or months available as from now. Its a single room equipped with a bed 90cm/200cm, a wardrobe, a small table with mirror and a chair.
The flatmate is very quiet with regular working hours. The room is for one person only. You can smoke on the balcony.
You have your bathroom with shower.
