The bedroom is giving a view of the interior patio of the building.

This luminous 3-bedrooms apartment is situated on Carrer Pareto in the neighbourhood of L’Hospitalet. It comes with a kitchen equipped with modern appliances for meal prep. The living space is bright with a dining table and television, and the bathroom is functional. Washing machine inside the flat.

The apartment is located just a short walk from transportation such as the Santa Eulalia Metro, and it is just around the corner from the supermarket. Indeed, the flat is located into a commercial pedestrian street, full of shops and groceries shops. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and for a breath of fresh air, the Parc de l'Alhambra is nearby.

Transportation:
This apartment is a 7-minute walk from Santa Eulalia, which services Metro L1.
Close to the Airport of Barcelona El Prat.
