This bright single room features a private ensuite bathroom with a modern shower, WC, a sink, and storage for your toiletries. You will also enjoy individual air-conditioning, underfloor heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The room is fully soundproofed, with quadruple-glazed windows and solid wood doors ensuring quietness and privacy.
The room includes ample storage space with a personal wardrobe and shelving, as well as access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a dining area, a sunny balcony, laundry facilities, and individual storage for your groceries and deliveries.
