Deluxe stay with double bed, nightstand, folding desk with reading lamp, study chair, large wardrobe, and Smart TV. It has a window facing the interior courtyard. It features shelves, decorative design elements, a wall clock, and beautiful plants that make the space harmonious and full of life. It is located in front of a full bathroom and the kitchen. The stay has a size of 6m2.
The stay includes bedding: fitted sheet, pillows with their respective covers, duvet filling, and blanket.
Also included is cleaning of common areas every other week, technical maintenance service, high-speed internet, and all utilities included up to the amount indicated in the contract.

✅ Check in and pay for your reservation: To secure your stay, simply click on Book now, fill out the form with your details, and make a payment of €300. This amount includes 200 € deposit (refunded at the end of your stay, notifying at least 30 days in advance your check out) 100 € (one-time payment) Initial preparation of the stay (cleaning and set-up), delivery of a welcome kit (tote bag, notebook, pen, rules – subject to availability) and activation of access.

✅ Rent must be paid within the first 5 days of the month.
✅ Rents are per full month cycle, calendar date from the 1st to the 30/31 of the month , Independent of tenant check in or check out.
✅Stays are for single occupancy. Only occasional visitors are allowed.
✅Cleaning once a week in support of common areas.
