Very spacious furnished room for GIRLS ONLY , near metro line 4 and buses in a quiet and landscaped area, very commercial, the room is entitled to a kitchen and bathroom that are shared. Perfect for someone looking for a quiet family environment.
The living-dining room cannot be used, It is for private use for my wife and myself who live in the apartment.
-Peaceful Family environment/ No parties or loud noises allowed
-No visits allowed to stay the night / Normal visits are allowed but I have to be asked first.
-The room has a window with nice view to a garden outside / you can smoke through this window
-Please let me know your check-in time so I can be prepared to let you in
-Deposit= 1 month rent (To be paid upon arrival)
-Rental agreement to be signed upon arrival

Habitación muy amplia exterior amueblada SOLO PARA CHICAS ,cerca metro línea 4 y autobuses en una zona tranquila y ajardinada muy comercial,la habitación es con derecho a cocina y cuarto de baño que son compartidos.
El salon-comedor es de uso privado ,no es comunitario, vivimos los propietarios, somos un matrimonio joven.
-Ambiente familiar tranquilo / No se permiten fiestas ni ruidos fuertes
-No se permiten visitas para pasar la noche / Se permiten visitas normales, pero primero se me debe preguntar.
-La habitación tiene una ventana con linda vista a un jardín afuera / se puede fumar por esta ventana
-Por favor, hágame saber su hora de check-in para que pueda estar preparado para dejarte entrar
-Fianza= 1 mes de alquiler (A pagar a la llegada)
-Contrato de alquiler a firmar a la llegada
