La habitación cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias, tanto para estudiantes, como para aquellas personas que buscan tener su espacio privado. Posee un gran armario donde ubicar todas tus pertenencias. Cuenta con una pequeña nevera independiente, exclusiva para la habitación, aunque puedes escoger dejarla en la cocina. También es posible ubicar una tele en la habitación, si no quieres depender de la tele del espacio común en el salón.
El piso tiene baño, aseo, cocina y salón espaciosos. Tiene un total de 4 habitaciones, por lo que compartes con 3 chicas que estudian o trabajan, que gran parte del tiempo, están fuera del piso debido a sus ocupaciones. Se respira un ambiente familiar, acogedor y con muy buena energía.
El edificio, característico del Eixample, cuenta con ascensor y terraza comunitaria. Destaca por su ubicación: céntrica y accesible, cercano a la estación de metro Paralelo (líneas L2 y L3) y varias estaciones autobuses. Se puede llegar andando a los sitios más importante de la ciudad, como el Casco Histórico, las Ramblas, la playa de Barcelona, Montjuic o Plaza de España, y también a varios centros de estudios, como la Universidad de Barcelona. En el barrio encontrarás variedad de servicios como cafeterías, restaurantes, bares, gimnasios, mercados, fruterías, bazares, tiendas de electrónica, etc.

It is also possible to place a TV in the room, if you don't want to depend on the TV in the common space in the living room.
The apartment has a bathroom, toilet, kitchen and spacious living room. It has a total of 4 rooms, so you share with 3 girls who study or work, who most of the time, are off the floor due to their occupations. There is a family atmosphere, cozy and with very good energy.
The building, characteristic of the Eixample, has an elevator and a communal terrace. It stands out for its location: central and accessible, close to the Paralelo metro station (lines L2 and L3) and several bus stations. You can walk to the most important places in the city, such as the Old Town, Las Ramblas, Barcelona beach, Montjuic or Plaza de España, as well as several study centers, such as the University of Barcelona. In the neighborhood you will find a variety of services such as cafes, restaurants, bars, gyms, markets, greengrocers, bazaars, electronics stores, etc.
