In a small apartment building we rent a beautiful 3-room apartment in the small 4-party house on the 3rd floor. Embedded in the "Gundeldingerquartier", a city district in itself, near the train station. The city center can be reached easily and quickly by tram. Nice restaurants and shops are nearby. Quiet area with a small park in front of the house. The apartment offers a small oasis of well-being directly under the roof, with two bedrooms with box spring beds, an eat-in kitchen and a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa which guarantees rest and relaxation.
