This approx. 65 sqm luxuriously furnished 2 1/2 room apartment is located in a detached house at the Tüllinger vineyard in Weil am Rhein. It is one of the best residential locations in the region. Directly at the vineyards, quiet, sunny and yet central.
The apartment has a large living room, a bedroom, as well as a large dining room/kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a large sunny terrace (ca 40 m2).
The living room has a large very comfortable sofa, coffee table, desk etc.
Almost all furniture was bought new 2 years ago and is of above average quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped. From the living room you reach the large terrace with a breathtaking view. The bedroom has a large double bed (180 cm) with high quality mattress, a spacious modern wardrobe. It also borders on the balcony.
Parking is available on the street.
The final cleaning on moving out is charged with a flat rate of Euro 180.00 (120 Euro for the rental period of one month).

The town of Weil am Rhein has a population of about 30,000 and is located in the extreme southwest of Germany in the border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland.
Weil am Rhein is also very popular for cross-border commuters who work in Basel. Whether by car, train, bicycle or, more recently, by tram, you can reach your workplace in a short time. The EURO-AIRPORT Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg is easily accessible in just 15 minutes.
The apartment is in an exquisite location on the sunny Tüllinger vineyard. For sporting activities, the Tüllinger Berg with its many paths right on the doorstep, the river Wiese, which runs from Lörrach to Basel, as well as the natural swimming pool Riehen, which can be reached in 5 minutes. For culinary connoisseurs there is also a choice of upscale gastronomy, cosy Strausi taverns, pizzerias etc.
