This modern, cozy and centrally located 91m² apartment has been freshly renovated and furnished for you in a new, high-quality and modern style. It awaits you with great facilities and a large balcony with a very nice view of the greenery. It is perfect for up to 6 people.
The apartment is very easy to reach by tram (line 1 of the Cologne tram network) and by car. You can check in automatically at any time from 4:00 p.m. using our automatic Nuki locking system. The apartment is on the fourth floor and can be reached by elevator without climbing stairs.
When you arrive in the apartment, you will find a large living and dining room with an adjoining balcony, which invites you to linger comfortably when the weather is good. The apartment is modern, high-quality and comfortably furnished, so that you will always feel welcome and at home. Everything you need for your stay is available: bed linen, towels, etc. and of course a modern kitchen.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Cooking is a joy here. Of course, there are also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Everything is also prepared for children. You can also use our washer-dryer free of charge.
After your arrival, you can end the day at the large dining room table with space for up to 6 people or, if the weather is good, on the beautiful, sunny balcony. Then make yourself comfortable on the beautiful couch. The 50-inch HD smart TV offers the full entertainment program. Of course, we also provide you with all the relevant streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) so that you can use your accounts just like you would at home.
You will sleep in two comfortable bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable 2 m wide king-size double bed (box spring bed), which can also be pushed apart into two individual beds, each 1 m wide, if you prefer to sleep separately. If necessary, we can also prepare the couch in the living room into a bed for another 2 people.
In the morning you can enjoy a good coffee from our modern Nespresso coffee machine. We would be happy to provide some capsules for you. In summer you can have coffee directly in front of the dining room on the spacious balcony.
