Our Apartments are fully equipped and furnished apartments between 27-67m2.
Each type of apartment has been individually designed and offers high quality. Our commitment is to provide a high standard of living comfort, emphasizing aesthetics and digitization, as well as respecting the privacy of our tenants.
With a balanced mix of natural materials and selected vintage pieces, we combine simplicity with a warm aesthetic. Here, it's easy to recharge your batteries and clear your head for the next day.

With apartment sizes from c. 27 square meters, they are the smallest residential units we are offering, but tailor-made and optimized to the floor plan, your feeling of well-being comes out big. With a cozy open living and sleeping area as well as an open kitchen, our Apartments invite you to feel at home immediately. A balcony for relaxing with the 1st coffee in your hand to start an exciting new day or a last sip of wine at sunset, completes your living experience here with us.
Rent Duration & Prices:
1-3 months: 1.195 EUR per month "(including all operating and ancillary costs)"
4-6 months: 1.095 EUR per month "(including all operating and ancillary costs)"
7-12 months: 995 EUR per month "(including all operating costs and advance payment for ancillary costs with individual settlement)"
*Prices may vary depending on length of stay and rental period. After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible.
For tenants staying 1-3 months, we require just one month’s all-in rent as a deposit. For tenants staying 4-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit. All of this is also shown in detail within our digital booking process.
Take a relaxed approach to deposit security. We have partnered with Garentii to offer a quick and comfortable solution. For a small fee, you can skip the deposit and save on upfront costs. Ready to say goodbye to deposits?
IMPORTANT: To complete your booking, you must transfer the deposit or enrol with Garentii deposit insurance. Failing to do so, your application will not be processed.
