Tram (M1) and bus can be reached in less than 2 minutes, to Alexanderplatz in less than 30 minutes. Grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

- Special feature: the apartment is an independent unit with a separate entrance. But there is a second lockable apartment door that leads to the upper floor of our apartment and can be combined with our part of the apartment. The second part of the original apartment unit and the floor below are used by the landlords themselves.
