The 2-room- apartment is a 54 square metre apartment in a residential building of the 1930s which has been totally renovated and modernized. Furnished in elegant Mediterranean style, is has an entrance, a living room with a loggia attached to it, a bed room, a fully equipped kitchen which can serve as dining room and a bath room. The apartment is on the third floor, calm and very bright and sunny – the living room, loggia and bathroom being oriented to the east, the kitchen and bedroom to the west. The floor is oak parquet in the living and bed room and tiles in the entrance floor, the bathroom and the kitchen.
There is high speed internet access and wifi.
There is a lockable bicycle room in (hidden)ment of the house, which can be used by all residents of the house.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area with excellent acces to public transport (tramway 5 directly to Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof).
There is a large beautiful parc with two lakes including a beach in 10 minutes walking distance (Obersee, Oberseepark, Orankesee).
A large supermarket, a bakery, drugstore and restaurants are located opposite the
apartment.
German, English, French and Russian spoken.
