After acceptance you will be asked to sign the rental contract directly with the accommodation provider and to pay the deposit before the move in. Final cleaning fee not included on the price advertised:

Keep in mind that in order to be accepted for this offer you will need to have the following documents ready:
- Copy of ID/passport
- Proof of Income
- Job Contract and/or Certificate of Enrolment from the University
This fully furnished apartment is located in Schöneberg, one of the most popular and lively areas of Berlin. Just around the corner is the famous Akazienkiez, where you can find plenty of international restaurants, cafés, tiny shops, boutiques and trendy bars.
The central location in also ideal for those visiting the capital for the first time. The closest metro station (150 m) is Eisenacher Strasse: the line U7 is directly connected with the famous areas of Kreuzberg and Charlottenburg and makes it easy to reach both city airports (over-the-clock bus connections with the U7 stations Rudow and Jakob-Kaiser-Platz).
The bright apartment is located at the second floor of a quiet courtyard building. The combined living room and bedroom provides a big-sized bed (160x200m), a comfortable sofa-bed, a stylish dining table as well as a flat screen TV (to be freely moved by wheels). A wireless fast internet connection is certainly not missing.
A large wardrobe in the corridor provides much room for storage and the kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, big refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, espresso boiler, complete flatware, etc.). The bathroom features a shower cubicle.
