Theodor 5 is a small but homely one bedroom apartment suitable for a single person or a couple. The apartment was recently renovated and has a brand new wooden floor, modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining area attached to the kitchen and  a separate living room with a comfy couch and TV. From the living room you can access the bedroom, which is setup up with enough closet space for two and a desk.

In addition to the standard security deposit, the move-in payment consists of an administrative fee of €150 for single occupancy (€225 for couples) and the prepaid rent for the final month of the tenancy. The maximum stay is 14 months.
