This lovely and quiet apartment is situated on the top floor of a 1930's era Quadrangle. Fully renovated, the apartment is currently set up with a single person or couple in mind. The bedroom has a 180cm bed, closet and small desk, as well as a small balcony. A fully furnished living room with a Winter Garden style balcony, a newly renovated bathroom, and a fully outfitted kitchen including induction cooking and a dishwasher complete the rented area.
Although the apartment is conveniently close to the A100, the train station Südkreuz, and near the major city street Grazer Damm, it is extremely quiet. The view from the Winter garden to the east looks out over the Nature Parkland “Schöneberg Südgelände” which is a great place for a walk or bike ride, or just to relax.
All necessary services are available within short walking distance, including groceries, restaurants, public transportation, bakery, playground, and a hospital.
It is our wish is to make your stay in Berlin as comfortable as possible. Kick off your shoes, unpack your bags and make yourself at home.

Please note, I enjoy working together with you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you need to leave before the end of your term, or have any other issues, I'm always available for discussion and an agreement can be found.

Proof of Liability Insurance required at start of Rental.
Final Cleaning Fee of €150.

Private parking is available at €65/month. A deposit of €250 is required for the Access Remote.
Cleaning services are available upon request, paid directly to the Cleaning Company.


Minimum Rental Period - 3 months
Maximum Rental Period - 12 months


House rules
No loud noises of disturbances between the hours of 9pm and 7am.
Proof of Personal Liability insurance is required at time of signing.
Drilling holes in any walls is forbidden.

Diese schöne und ruhige Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage eines Häuserblocks aus den 1930er Jahren. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, und ist derzeit für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar eingerichtet. Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein 180 cm großes Bett, Schränke und einen Sekretär.
