Works in the back of the property and in the roof are still taken place . The entrances will also be beautifully furnished . Works will be finished by end of July 2025.
The apartment boasts with an brand new kitchen Bathroom and Furniture. The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the 55 inch Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an new cooker oven and a large fridge-freezer.
Besides the living area are three spacious bedrooms.
The beds are equipped with a high quality mattress which ensures a good night sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe.
We have the same apartment located on the first, second and third floor. The layout is exactly the same, and the design might be different in each apartment.
🔔Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day.

In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.
