This apartment is intended solely for covering a temporary housing need of 3 to approximately 11 months.
The temporary need (such as a study abroad semester, internship, guest professorship, project work, business assignment, trainee program, temporary accommodation due to renovation of your own apartment, etc.) must be proven prior to rental.
